Trade-21 = the WSTA’s new alias for ‘Brexit’

Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit UK shores, Brexit has meandered along quite silently in the background. With the Prime Minister now firmly back in the driving seat and negotiations with the EU recommenced, government departments are beginning to show signs of Brexit related activity once again.

Fortunately, the WSTA hasn’t been sitting on its laurels. Alongside our lobbying and advisory services on COVID-19, we’ve continued to plough ahead with our Trade-21 project.

Led by WTSA’s Head of Brexit and EU Affairs, Rebekah Kendrick, and Director of Policy, Simon Stannard, this free webinar aims to keep members – and non-members – updated on the latest Brexit and political developments as well as the WSTA’s Trade-21 plans to support, lobby and challenge government on key issues for our industry. We’ll also be asking for your help to lobby local MPs and challenge them to raise further awareness of these issues – and opportunities – to government.
