A collective of UK-based importers are teaming up to bring an exceptional group of winemakers to London. The viñateros at the tasting will be a mix of renowned figures with a firm standing in the Spanish wine scene and newer names – what they have in common is they believe that great wine is made in the vineyard, and that site expression is more important than winemaking technique. Collectively, they are responsible for the significant increase in quality that Spanish wine has undergone in the last two decades.
