Bulgaria’s Thracian Lowlands Drop-In Tasting & Masterclasses

Join us on March 4th at One Great George Street for a guided masterclass and open pour tasting dedicated to the wines of Bulgaria’s Thracian Lowlands.
We’re thrilled to have Ray O’Connor MW to guide you through Bulgaria’s rich cultural tapestry, diverse viticultural landscape, and tumultuous history. We’re including one wine each from 10 of the country’s most iconic producers, covering indigenous varieties such as Mavrud, Rubin, Vrachanski Misket and Tamyanka, which are grown alongside the likes of Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay and Riesling.
Two sessions are available;
Morning Masterclass: 11.00am – 12.30pm
Afternoon Masterclass: 2pm – 3.30pm
If you can’t make either of these sessions, we’ll also be hosting an open tasting with over 50 different wines across a range of styles!
