UPDATE: This event is now at full capacity. To join the waiting list please complete the below form and we will notify you if a space becomes available.
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting the third annual Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI) series tasting in January.
This tasting showcases how current winemaking practices can influence final wine style. Fifteen different wines have been made from the same batch of Chardonnay grapes using a range of different harvest dates and winemaking techniques. Explore and compare the stylistic and compositional differences of Australian Chardonnay when one harvest or winemaking variable is changed at a time.
It is a two and a half hour seminar including a tasting of 15 wines and will be presented by Con Simos, Group Manager at the AWRI.
