Kim Wilson is the Founder and Managing Director of North South Wines, a UK wine distribution company she established in 2014. Since then, she has guided the business through steady, year-on-year growth, helping it become a £33 million enterprise by its tenth anniversary in 2024.

With a strong background in sales, Kim was recognised as Drinks Business Young Achiever of the Year in 2013. A decade later, her continued contributions to the trade were acknowledged when she was named Drinks Business Woman of the Year.
