EXW? DAP? FAS? FOB?

Until the end of this year, movement to and from the EU27 will take place based on existing EU arrangements.

That will change form 01 January next year, when some form of customs declaration will be required, so that EU transactions will require the same processes as current third country transactions.

We believe that a lot of Ex-Works (EXW) contracts arrangements for EU operations will need to be reviewed.  Who is the exporter of record? Who is providing the guarantee? How is the intra-EU eAD being discharged?  What happens on groupage loads? What difference does the transport mode make?  What’s best for bulk and containerised loads?
