Post Brexit border processes for imports and exports were implemented on 1st January 2021. Preparations were made in anticipation of the changes across the transaction process – supply chain, domestic producers, wine & spirits importers. What have the experiences been like in following the new 2021 border rules and processes amongst some of the WSTA members?
Qualitative research was conducted to take a small snapshot of experiences amongst WSTA members to feedback to Government, ministers, and officials to help other WSTA members in the future.
