1 January 2021 marks the end of the Transition Period for the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union. To help our members prepare for this the WSTA is holding a joint webinar with HMRC to talk you through customs and excise requirements for excise goods. This will be followed by the WSTA presenting its preparedness checklist so that you can ensure that your business makes the necessary changes for the new year.

We will be joined by Michael Gilmore, Excise and Environmental Taxes Transition and Modernisation Policy Lead at HMRC to discuss the preparedness requirements for different businesses in different parts of the UK.
