Tiago Teles is natural terroir focused wine maker from Portugal. He is making amazing wines in three regions around the country:
Arcos de Valdevez, Vinho Verde
Bairrada
Montejunto, Lisbon
minimum intervention, concrete tanks and eggs for whites with varying legths of maceration, second hand barrels for delicious reds. Very elegant and complex expressive wine and rare grapes from recovered vineyards from three different regions and three different soils, three different terroirs and climates
Exceptionally interesting person to have a conversation with and learn a lot about the wine and winemaking, it would be a pleasure to welcome trade for a rare brief trade event on Monday afternoon in Dalston.
