Brand new this year, Ray O’Connor MW will be visiting London to host a small culinary-led masterclass to 20 members of the wine trade.
The session will begin with an introduction to Provence with a particular focus on what sets it apart from other rosé-producing regions; it will be followed by a tasting of 6 wines which are each paired with a canapé.
