People’s Choice Drinks Awards Ceremony

Join us for the People’s Choice Drinks Awards 2023 at the fabulous Oglesby Atrium and Carole Nash Hall, within the iconic Stoller Hall, Hunts Bank, Manchester M3 1DA on Tuesday 28th February from 6.00 pm. This year, the event will incorporate the Wine and Spirits Awards, within one fantastic ceremony.
It will be hosted by the fabulous Helena Nicklin and our very own ‘Manchester’s finest‘ MC, Matt White.
In keeping with our ethos and style, it will be a relaxed and informal evening of celebration, networking, and fun. Delicious locally sourced food, by Cachumba, will be served after the presentation, leaving you lots of time to meet all the great people involved in the Awards process. As you would expect, we are going to have some fantastic wines and spirits available too!
We have a very special live vote on the night for The Story Behind The Label Video Challenge, sponsored by The Buyer, so make sure you bring a pen!
The evening will welcome respected drinks buyers, marketing professionals, journalists, our fantastic industry judges and sponsors. You will meet a number of our consumer judges too! We will will have some extra special live music later on in the evening (more details to follow soon), so pack your flat shoes.
Tickets are £70pp and include all food and drinks before and during the presentation of the Awards with a cash bar available after the official ceremony. All the finalist wines will be on taste at the ceremony – that’s a lot of amazing bottles, boxes and cans!

Approximate running order
6.00-6.30pm: Welcome drinks in the main reception area and atrium
6.45pm-8.15pm: Awards presentation in the Carole Nash Hall, with complimentary drinks to toast the winners
8.30pm: Food from Cachumba – bowls of delicious home-cooked South Asian food, served in the main atrium with finalist wines on taste (cash bar also available)
9.30pm until late: Celebrations, live music and networking
