Hallgarten & Novum Wines invites you to a discussion on Minerality in Wine with renowned Author and Wine Critic, Dr Jamie Goode and Hallgarten Head of Buying, Steve Daniel.
Minerality is a word often used in wine, but what is Minerality? Is it crushed rocks, sea salt or chalk notes? Is it something only present in specific terroir? Does Minerality even exist in wine?
With the help of Jamie and Steve we will explore the topic in further detail, analysing the subject from the ground up, in conjunction with a tutored tasting of wines containing mineral characteristics from the Hallgarten & Novum portfolio.
