A holistic discussion on motherhood and otherhood, choice, fertility, child-free lives and how workplaces can offer better support.

Guided by Inés Salpico from Decanter, and joined by Abigail Friedman of Lay & Wheeler Trading alongside TEDx speaker Emily Monsell-Holden, this event will examine the Choices and Challenges around ‘Motherhood’ and ‘Otherhood’ for those working in the wine industry, with women choosing not to have children, trying to have children or are unable to have children. Every woman will eventually find themselves in one of these categories and they and their partners will have differing needs.

Join us for an open, safe discussion as we examine the choices, assumptions and challenges around parenthood (or not) in the workplace, and how women and men can be supported. All genders welcome.
