An exclusive tasting that will explore the wines of Côtes de Bordeaux alongside a range of British and Mediterranean dishes
Brand new for 2022, Côtes Fusion will be heading to central London, offering wine trade professionals a unique opportunity to discover the versatility of modern Côtes de Bordeaux wines and their unexpected food pairing potential.
At this intimate training session, accredited Bordeaux tutor Nina Cerullo, will be pouring and matching a selection of Côtes de Bordeaux wines with modern British & Mediterranean cuisine. You’ll taste your way around the appellation learning the intricacies of the terroir, grapes and modern winemaking, and you’ll soon see why these exceptional value wines should feature on your wine list. You’ll leave the session knowing your Castillons from your Cadillacs, and with a greater knowledge of how the region is adapting to climate change, new technology and viticultural innovations.
