Cheng International baijiu masterclass – Wuliangye baijiu with tutored tasting

Specialist premium baijiu importer and distributor in the UK, Cheng International, is launching a four-part online masterclass series on baijiu – China’s most famous spirit – continuging on 27th July.
Aimed specifically at those involved in the UK drinks trade, the masterclasses will be hosted via Zoom and led by the Managing Director of Cheng International, Qiqi Chen, on Monday 27th July from 3pm-3.40pm.
As leaders in their field, Cheng International is offering these events to encourage people to learn about baijiu, understand how it is made and explore its history deep-rooted in Chinese culture. The masterclasses will also demonstrate how baijiu can complement the range of a retailer selling exceptional spirits and can be an excellent addition to premium drinks lists. Cheng International will also demonstrate how baijiu matches with food, and how cocktails made with baijiu can create exciting new drinks experiences for customers.
