Chablis, seemingly simple on paper with one grape variety, one colour, and four appellations unveils a complexity that makes it one of the wine world’s most distinctive and unparalleled regions.
Beneath this apparent simplicity lies the region’s remarkable ability to express both beautiful typicity and diversity. The 40 Climats of Chablis Premier Cru flawlessly illustrate this capacity, showcasing a perfect harmony between the unique characteristics of the terroir and the diversity of wines produced.
Esteemed wine expert Michelle Cherutti-Kowal MW will be your guide as she navigates you through a thoughtfully curated collection of exceptional terroir-driven wines. You will get the opportunity to taste 8 different Chablis Premier Cru Climats from the left and right banks of the Serein River.
