After the success of our American Whiskey 101 events in Leeds, Manchester, and Bristol, the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) is thrilled to continue its educational tour in Birmingham.

Join us on Monday 13 October in Birmingham for the American Whiskey 101 masterclass, part of DISCUS’s Cheers! Spirits from the USA campaign. This initiative is designed to share insights and ideas about this fascinating category.

The session will be led by Kristiane Westray, a renowned freelance drinks writer, educator, and presenter. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore some of the finest American whiskeys available in the UK, along with brands seeking representation. The masterclass will delve into four key subcategories: Bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, American rye whiskey and American single malt whiskey.

Venue: Gin Terrace at The Distillery, 4 Sheepcote St, Birmingham B16 8AE
Time: 3pm–4.30pm
