WSTA revisits the borders research study from 2021/2022 to find out what’s changed in member’s experiences of moving goods across EU borders in this post COVID world.
Research highlighted how far we’ve come since 2021 post-Brexit border processes and reflecting on today’s experiences where there’s a ‘new normal’ but it comes with high costs, and challenges in clarity with varying interpretations of the rules across the EU27 markets. This qualitative research study conducted between February – April 2024 with a total of twenty-two participants took part in the online depth interviews from twenty WSTA member businesses.
